Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Agent, you'll ensure our users get fast, accurate, and friendly help whenever they need it. You'll be the backbone of our support operation, working within clear guidelines to keep service levels high and customer satisfaction even higher.
Responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound support requests via email and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions
2. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues or escalate complex cases
3. Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality targets
4. Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to keep your skills sharp
What We're Looking For:
- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C2)
- Strong command of English (B2)
- Availability to work on-site in Porto city center (remote work not possible)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Clear and professional communication skills; strict adherence to guidelines
- A true team player—collaborative, positive, and proactive
What We Offer:
- Contract: 6 months (renewable)
- Salary: €1,100 gross×14 months
- Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day
- Schedule: Monday–Sunday (Initially one morning shift; will evolve into rotating 24/7 shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
