You will lead product initiatives end‐to‐end, with a strong focus on making complex operational systems usable, coherent, and efficient for users in live operational environments. As We Maintain scales, one of our biggest challenges is not just solving the right problems, but ensuring that what we build actually works seamlessly across multiple actors, constraints, and real‐world situations, increasingly leveraging AI to simplify decisions and reduce coordination overhead. Strong experience in shaping user experience – especially in complex, multi‐actor or workflow‐heavy environments – is a significant advantage in this role. Strong candidates may come from Product Design, Product Management, or roles where they've defined end‐to‐end experiences in complex systems.Why this role is different

As this is a Europe‐wide role, compensation will be adapted to the candidate's country of location and aligned with local market benchmarks. The exact package will depend on experience, level of ownership, and demonstrated impact. We are open to high‐potential profiles who may sit below the top of the range, as well as more experienced candidates operating at the upper end.
