Your ResponsibilitiesOwn and govern the global IT Change Management process aligned with ITIL; define, maintain and continuously improve policies, procedures, workflows and standards.Ensure all changes (standard, normal, emergency) are logged, risk‐assessed, approved, implemented, reviewed and documented per the defined process.Chair and facilitate Global CAB and Emergency CAB meetings to enable timely, risk‐based decision making and approvals.Review and authorize change requests promptly, balancing risk, speed and business value.Monitor change execution for adherence to approved plans, back‐out procedures, communication requirements and accurate scheduling to minimize service disruption.Define, track and report Change Management KPIs (e.g., change success rate, failed changes, emergency changes) and maintain relevant dashboards/reports.Analyze trends and root causes of failed or high‐risk changes and drive corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement, including automation and adoption initiatives.Ensure the Change Management process meets security, regulatory and compliance requirements and collaborate with Risk, Security and Audit teams on related findings.Act as primary contact for change‐related inquiries and escalations; partner with Service Owners, Service Managers, technical teams and external partners to ensure consistent adoption and provide nfigure and optimize Change Management tooling (ITSM platforms), maintain SOPs and knowledge base content, and lead upgrades, migrations and identity service integration projects.Your QualificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.5+ years' IT Service Management experience with a strong focus on Change Management and proven ownership of a global change process.Hands‐on experience working in ITIL-based operating models and supporting large-scale environments (infrastructure, applications, cloud, end‐user services).Experience engaging global stakeholders and external service providers; track record of driving process improvement and adoption.Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, especially Change Enablement, Incident, Problem and Release Management.Practical experience with ITSM tools (Service Now or equivalent) for change workflows, coordination and reporting.Solid understanding of infrastructure, application, cloud and security change impacts and ability to turn operational data into actionable insights.ITIL 4 Foundation strongly preferred; ITIL Managing Professional / Change Enablement certification is a plus.Analytical thinking and problem‐solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication (in English).Willingness to travel as requiredYour CompetenciesMeticulous & Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in equipment management, calibration checks, and documentation.Analytical & Problem‐Solving: Interprets calibration results, identifies deviations, and implements corrective actions.Results‐Oriented & Decisive: Meets calibration deadlines and ensures operational reliability.Effective Communication: Collaborates with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring clear documentation and compliance.Teamwork & Independence: Works autonomously on equipment monitoring while supporting cross‐functional mitment to Quality, Compliance & Safety: Upholds ISO 13485 standards, promotes a quality culture, and ensures safe, compliant mitment to diversity and inclusion.Your Benefits
