Talent Acquisition Technician
We are a Volkswagen Group company, focused on delivering services to our clients worldwide. Our team provides support in various areas such as production, logistics, data engineering, engineering, quality, business services, human resources, communication, and administrative and financial services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish direct contact with internal clients to understand their recruitment needs and priorities;
* Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to job offer presentation;
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Hiring Managers, providing information and guidance as needed;
* Maintain relationships with candidates and utilize gathered information to create a robust database;
* Provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and market insights to inform the best strategy for attracting top talent;
* Source applicants through online channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks;
* Develop job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements.
Profile Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
* A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment (desired);
* Evaluation of skills such as customer orientation, goal-setting, strong communication, teamwork, market knowledge, and prioritization ability;
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
