We are looking for a Release Manager for a project in Lisbon or Porto (hybrid). Skills required:
* 5+ years of experience in release management, preferably in SAP
* Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and interaction with SAP vendors
* Experience in HR and payroll systems, ideally within French regulatory context
* Proven track record in executing governance processes such as CAB and change control
* Familiarity with data compliance and data purging strategies (e.g., GDPR)
* Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
* Strong proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to handle multiple priorities
* Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams
* Technologically curious, with interest in HR tech innovation and automation
