University degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years' experience in product or project management, preferably in telecommunications or tech companies. Advanced proficiency in data analysis, business case modelling, and marketing tools; Telco & Unified Comms Expertise, Product Management, Marketing & GTM, Program Management, Financial Management, Stakeholder Management; Commercial Acumen - deep understanding of P&L drivers, pricing, and ROI; Customer Focus - designs solutions that enhance enterprise communication experiences; Execution Excellence - delivers complex programs on time, on scope, on budget; Cross-Functional Influence - aligns Sales, Technology, and Marketing to shared goals; Innovation Mindset - champions the integration of new technologies in current portfolio bringing new value proposition to the product; Knowledge of SIP, FMC, PBX, Cisco solutions (optional); Fluency in English and Portuguese.
