Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for IHG will be:
- Solving issues during the booking process.
- Providing instructions and actively assisting in finding the right booking.
- Following up during the vacation, offering solutions including refunds.
- Managing current clients and expanding the client network.
- Managing quality lead generation.

- EU citizenship or valid residency card.
- Fluent in French and English.

Type of contract:
- Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually.
Working hours:
- Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7AM-7PM.
Salary conditions (two options):
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included).
- Excluding accommodation.
For international candidates:
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
- Airport pick-up.
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
- Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc., upon arrival.
