As part of its expansion and growth in the education sector, the Group is currently seeking to strengthen its Marketing team with an experienced professional in PR, Communication & Social Media.
Profile Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional in Public Relations, Communication, and Social Media, preferably with experience in agencies or multinational groups. It is essential to have a solid network of international journalists, experience using CISION, and a proven ability to create buzz, activate brands, and develop strategically oriented content.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage strong relationships with national and international journalists;
* Use CISION at an advanced level for monitoring, management, and PR opportunities;
* Create and implement Public Relations strategies aligned with brand objectives;
* Produce press releases and institutional communication materials;
* Plan and execute Social Media strategies focused on growth, engagement, and brand awareness;
* Create strategic content that enhances brand visibility.
* Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns;
* Develop internal and external messaging that aligns with the global strategy.
Role Requirements:
* 5 to 10 years of experience in PR, Communication, or Social Media;
* Previous experience in an agency environment or international groups.
* Active network of contacts with journalists, especially international.
* Proven experience with CISION;
* Excellent writing skills and fluency in English;
* Other languages are an asset (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin);
* Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile;
* Experience with influencers and international communication strategies.
Selection Process:
The process will take place in four stages:
1. Submission of CV + motivation letter,
2. Competency-based interview(s) (Human Resources and Marketing),
3. Cultural assessment (alignment with Vermilion Group's vision, mission and values),
4. Final interview.
