BGTS is presenting a new opportunity for an M365 Engineer to work on a client project for an international automotive company based in Germany.
This is a remote role, where you would be engaged through BGTS and work in an international enterprise environment while contributing to large-scale infrastructure and cloud operations.ResponsibilitiesEnsure Microsoft 365 services are secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirementsAct as a subject matter expert across the M365 platform (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Power Platform, Intune)Plan and implement initiatives and improvements across the M365 landscapeManage user provisioning, groups, and licensingTroubleshoot issues across M365 applications and servicesMonitor service health, tenant alerts, and Message Center updatesMaintain governance and security policies (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Conditional Access, MFA)Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team on Purview and compliance capabilitiesAutomate administrative tasks using PowerShell scriptingReview and support adoption of new M365 features and capabilitiesRequirementsProven experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environmentStrong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and IntuneExperience with security & compliance features (Conditional Access, MFA, Purview)Hands-on PowerShell scripting for automation and administrationExperience with tenant monitoring, alerts, and operational supportAbility to work independently and collaborate with international teamsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsStrong English communication (German not required)
