And they have only one goal: to supercharge clients' brands and help them acquire and retain customers.Role DescriptionManaging and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e‐retailers' website, category recommendationsAnalyse client brand positioning, category dynamics, and competitive landscape across Amazon and other UK FMCG e‐Retailers. Analysing performance data, doing research, audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making recommendations for changes based on data‐driven insightsDefine data‐driven eContent strategies for client's portfolio, tailored to multiple UK based FMCG eRetailer platforms and aligned with the client's brand identity and business goalsTranslate client input and brand guidelines into actionable content and optimization plansParticipation and overseeing content production - translations, proofreading, checking if the content is correct and in line with the requirements of the particular eRetailer (both graphics and text) as well as properly optimized (SEO recommendations)Ongoing research of e‐Retailers functionalities, widgets, and featuresEditing / creating Product Detail Pages/ Brand StoresBeing up to date with eCommerce trendsConduct client‐facing, high quality presentations, be able to convince a client to your recommendations. Day‐to‐day contact with the client and eRetailers, conducting client statuses and meetingsRequirementsProven experience in eCommerce, specifically in e‐retailers, must on Amazon.co.uk, preferred also on Brandbankmin. 2 years of experience in ecommerce (especially in the product eMerchandising on eRetailers pages), deep understanding of the industryExperience and knowledge of the FMCG industryGood understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practicesExperience optimizing visual and written content for e‐retailerGood analytical and project management skillsTeam player with excellent communication skillsKnowledge of SEO practices for eRetailersPositive attitude and problem‐solving mindsetAttention to DetailAssertiveness and courage in presenting ideasEnglish Native speaker or Advanced English Level - at least C1Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, as well as present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling mannerExperience with PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication.Nice To HaveHands‐on experience with retail analytics tools (Profitero, CommerceIQ)Strong PM tools expertise to be able to manage complex client portfolios and parallel projects (e.g. ASANA or other)Desired familiarity with AI based testing toolsExperience running content A/B tests or working with UX performance feedbackKnowledge of UK retailer requirements beyond Amazon (e.g., Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsburys)Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for basic design adjustments preferred.What We OfferCooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation26 paid days off from service provision plus Bank holidays as paid days offOpportunity to work with international brands and to participate in exciting global projectExciting and friendly work environmentWork in an international team without rigid corporate rulesTraining in eCommerce and development opportunitiesYearly performance bonus or salary raiseRecruitment ProcessStep 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidatesStep 2 Recruitment interview with HR personStep 3 Recruitment interview with a direct managerStep 4 Preparing and presenting recruitment task#J-18808-Ljbffr
