We're looking for a Management Controller (IFRS 17 & Insurance) to join our team.This is a high-impact position combining financial expertise, insurance knowledge, and strong analytical capabilities, within a transforming and technically demanding Finance environment.What you'll do:Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of entity results under French GAAP (management view).
Integrate and validate accounting data to produce reliable P&L reporting.Prepare and challenge technical result projections across Budget, Update, Medium-Term Plan, and Closing phases.Perform analytical reviews and variance analysis between different financial phases.Prepare executive-level synthesis reports for Financial Steering, Executive Management, and Group.Monitor and analyze gaps between French GAAP and IFRS 17.Redesign and enhance economic dashboards for Business Unit Heads.Collaborate closely with Accounting, Financial Steering, IT teams, and Business Units.Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.Technical expertise we're looking for:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with IFRS 17 (mandatory).
Strong experience working with P&L dynamics and financial performance analysis.Solid understanding of insurance business models and technical results.Proven experience in Management Control, Finance, or Actuarial environments.Strong knowledge of French GAAP principles.Ability to define and monitor relevant performance indicators (KPIs).
