Experis is recruiting a Customer Service Role for an international European company in the process of setting up a new location in Lisbon. As part of its expansion, we are looking for a bilingual customer service representative who is fluent in French or German. This role is key to ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our employees, facilitating efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with employees to ensure timely acceptance and execution of services
* Assist customers during onboarding, ensuring accurate information is gathered
* Resolve and troubleshoot service execution issues, such as accessibility challenges
* Manage and process customer feedback, damages, and quality issues
* Handle employee absences according to established guidelines
* Ensure customer payment information is current and accurate
* Respond to employee questions regarding contracts and payroll issues
* Provide feedback on employee performance, escalating issues when necessary
* Initiate contract changes for employees as needed
* Participate in the planning and execution of events for employees and customers
* Make regular calls to employees and customers to ensure service quality and collect feedback
