Recruitment Team Leader or Senior Recruiter
to support a high-impact hiring project.

About the Role
You will play a key role in driving recruitment delivery for technical and corporate profiles across multiple European markets. Depending on your level of seniority, you may also
lead and support a small recruitment team
, ensuring performance, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing to offer)
Partner closely with international hiring managers and HR stakeholders
Deliver high-quality pipelines for technical and business roles
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
(For Team Lead level) Support, mentor, and coordinate a team of recruiters
Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline progress
Profile
Proven experience in
Engineering recruitment
(in-house or agency)
Previous experience in a
senior or team leadership role
(preferred)
Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
Strong stakeholder management skills in an international context
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
