This is a key strategic role where you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and continuously refining the company's Sales & Marketing strategy. You'll manage sales teams, build strong client relationships, and play a vital role in driving revenue growth in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and manage sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
* Set and monitor targets to achieve sustained sales growth.
* Lead and develop sales teams to meet performance and revenue objectives.
* Present and promote the company's range of products and services to new and existing clients.
* Ensure high-quality costings, quotations, and order accuracy for manufacturing processes.
* Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.
* Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
* Report on performance metrics, market trends, and strategy execution.
Requirements:
* Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent experience.
* Relevant qualification or training in Marketing and Sales.
* Knowledge of textiles/clothing manufacturing, with the ability to understand product specs (e.g., Diploma in Clothing Management, Garment Production or Fashion Design).
* 3–5 years' management experience with a successful sales track record.
* Experience in the fashion, clothing, or branding industry is a strong advantage.
* Valid driver's license and own transport; willingness to travel.
