Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to clients in the designated area.
* Installation, de-installation, preventive maintenance, instrument failure diagnostics and repair
* Instrument service estimates
* Initial operator training
* Instrument modification and upgrade activities
You will also be expected to manage workflow, client interfacing, and company reporting tasks in a diligent and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering or physical sciences, with 2-5 years of work experience in a service or technical department of high-end Life Sciences or medical capital equipment.
