We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a fast-paced and collaborative team working on financial operations projects, with a focus on legacy systems related to billing and custodial processes.
Main Tasks:
Act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Oversee and guide functional and regulatory developments.
Monitor production environments and address anomalies proactively.
Supervise daily data flow integrations and ensure smooth monthly data processing.
Conduct business analysis, define business rules, perform testing, and maintain clear documentation.
Main Skills & Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
Strong knowledge of application monitoring and performance analysis.
Proven experience in business investigations and functional documentation.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Fluency in French is mandatory.
(English is also required).
Hybrid Role in Porto.
