Scrum Master certification in an agile framework required (preferably SAFe methodology).

May be involved in supporting management in the completion of processes.What you will be doingFacilitate Agile processes and ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure the team follows Scrum/SAFe practices.Support and coach Scrum teams, removing impediments and enabling continuous improvement.Manage and help prioritize the team backlog with product owners and stakeholders to meet business goals.Track and report key Agile metrics, drive transparency, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.Resolve team conflicts, foster collaboration, and act as an advocate for Agile and SAFe principles across teams.Design and implement process improvements, share best practices, and support management with change initiatives and compliance with relevant principles and regulations.Provide expert advice on complex or unique issues and contribute to project delivery by applying specialist knowledge.What do you bring with youBachelor's degree or equivalent.Scrum Master certification in an Agile framework (required), preferably SAFe.2–4 years of relevant experience working with Agile teams;
