We are currently looking for a
French-speaking Customer Support Specialist
to assist customers with telecom services, subscriptions, and technical inquiries while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy

What You'll Do
Support French-speaking customers via phone and digital channels
Assist with telecom product inquiries, subscriptions, billing, and service usage
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile and internet services
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in internal systems
Deliver a professional and solution-oriented customer experience
Candidate Profile
C2 French (mandatory)
Fluent English
for internal communication
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a structured support environment
Work Authorization Requirements
Candidates must already have:
Portuguese Residence Card
Additionally, valid Portuguese work documentation is required:
NIF (tax number)
NISS (social security number)
No relocation support — candidates must already live in or near Porto.
Base salary:
€1,020 gross × 14 months
Guaranteed bonus:
€100 gross/month during the first 3 months (or more based on performance)
Meal allowance:
€9.60/day (net, meal card)
Public transport reimbursement:
up to €40/month
Welcome bonus:
€150 gross paid in the 4th month
