As a Team Leader, you will oversee the objectives of your team, ensuring compliance with company goals and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
You will coordinate operational/administrative or technical activities, planning phases, and allocating a homogenous/small team to meet objectives and work requirements.
A Team Leader contributes operational expertise from their previous experiences to improve business solutions and ensure cohesion, helping to develop the team's know-how.
You will provide regular updates on team quantitative and qualitative developments through periodic reports based on guidelines/procedures.
The Team Leader ensures work developed by the area complies with organizational norms and standards.
They participate in projects associated with their area of expertise, sharing knowledge for continuous improvement and training development.
Participation in internal/external meetings represents the area, developing cooperative relationships with various stakeholders.
Identify and propose actions that improve efficiency, productivity, and quality through continuous improvement programs/projects.
Manage Talent Management Processes, including Annual Performance Review, Career Conversations, Talent Review, and Training.
Contribute to the Salary Review exercise, providing inputs and proposing salary reviews.
Manage HR-related tasks, such as vacation planning, absences, and other employee matters.
Key responsibilities may include performing operational tasks while developing leadership skills and being assessed on both leadership performance and technical expertise.
Coordinate non-transactional/complex activities requiring more than executing a script.
Manage a team of professionals in high-qualified roles, ensuring their development, growth, and motivation while performing reduced operational tasks.
Support direct managers in defining and implementing strategic actions to meet established Business Unit goals, locally and globally.
Required Qualifications:
* Master Degree/Specialized Technical Training
* Experience in People Management positions
* Experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management)
* Knowledge in compliance/security rules
* Fluent in English and French as a plus
