We are looking for aProcurement Support Specialist(P2P Specialist)to join a dynamic and international environment, contributing to the digital transformation of procurement processes. Responsibilities: Manage and process purchase requests for time and material services. Provide user support to internal stakeholders and suppliers on procurement processes and tools (e.g., Ivalua, DocuSign). Support the rollout of procurement tools across different business units, including demos and user training sessions. Analyze user feedback and support tickets to identify opportunities for process or tool optimization. Monitor and ensure data quality in procurement operations. Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives within the procurement support function. What we're looking for: Education in management or similar. Experience in procurement support,user assistance,middle office,or similar roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skillswith a customer service mindset. Comfortable with digital tools and enterprise software (experience with Ivalua and DocuSign is a plus). Proficiency inMicrosoft Office tools,especially Excel and Teams.
