We are looking for a Service Delivery Management Officer for this project!
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end Service Ownership for Network Services, ensuring quality of service, availability, and performance targets are met.
* Oversee incident, problem, and change management (IPC) processes, including escalation handling and root cause analysis.
* Define, document, and maintain operating models and ensure operational readiness of network services.
* Drive service improvement plans (SIPs), QoS initiatives, and continuous service optimisation.
* Manage vendors and service providers, including governance, performance monitoring, and cost efficiency.
What are we looking for?
* Strong expertise in Service Ownership within large-scale network environments, aligned with ITIL best practices.
* Proven experience in incident, problem, and change management, including mediation and communication activities.
* Ability to manage competing priorities, working autonomously or collaboratively in global teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an English-speaking environment.
