We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for this project
Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the end-to-end service delivery for Modern Device services, including Windows Edition V2 and legacy products.
* Ensure incident, problem, and change processes are executed in line with global IT and security standards.
* Lead operational governance with stakeholders, managing SLA/KPI reporting, service performance, and improvement plans.
* Coordinate and control vendors and third parties to ensure service quality and delivery consistency.
* Validate operational readiness and quality objectives before product or feature deployment to production.
What are we looking for?
* 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Service Management roles.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) with ITIL certification or equivalent.
* Proven experience managing client relationships within a global, multicultural environment.
* Solid understanding of service quality frameworks, compliance, and security requirements.
