Position: Intern – Admin DevelopmentCountry: PortugalWork Location: Oeiras, LisboaPurpose of role: Participation in the sales and network development, market analysis, logistics of MG Motor in Portugal.
It is a more than 6 months internship.Responsibilities· Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, filing, and record keeping.
· Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
· Coordinating with other departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
· Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
· Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Performing other reception and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
· Coordinating with other departments to schedule meetings and appointments.
· Maintaining a visitor log and ensuring that all visitors follow the appropriate protocols for accessing the office.Requirements:· Eligible to sign an internship agreement in Portugal and can perform the internship at least 6 months.
· Professional English and Portuguese level.
· Strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable working with a wide range of people both inside and outside the organization.
· User level in basic office software such as Microsoft Office, and have experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
