Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Actively participate in the development and execution of Marketing objectives, strategic plan and tactical plan.
* Messages and positioning.
* Materials and actions.
* Communicate the strategic plan and tactical plan in an effective manner.
* Internal and external communication, actions and follow ups.
* Ensure accurate forecasting.
* Manage the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, investments control).
* Ensure activities and KPI’s tracking.
* Perform market analysis and benchmarks.
* Manage KOLs & customer insight (physicians, pharmacists and patients).
* Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry for 5 years as Brand Manager and at least 2 years of experience in cardiovascular in the Portuguese market.
* Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, scientific field or equivalent.
* Experience with P&L control & tracking.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and networking.
