Overview
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our Performance Team. In this role, you will craft digital assets for performance campaigns — ranging from display ads and in-app communications to newsletters and website content. You'll work closely with our client and collaborate with the broader creative team to bring innovative, on-brand designs to life.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Conceptualize and produce high-quality digital assets (display ads, in-app messaging, paid social media, newsletters, website banners, etc.) that meet performance objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, project managers and creative leads to develop integrated performance campaigns and ensure designs aligned with campaign strategies and client expectations.
- Brand Consistency: Adapt creative concepts across various digital channels while maintaining brand guidelines and consistency.
- Feedback & Revisions: Manage feedback from clients and internal teams, iterating designs quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovation: Stay current with design trends and digital best practices to continually elevate our digital performance output.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital design, whether in an agency or integrated marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating designs that drive performance.
