What are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields;
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;
* Experience with social media and recruitment platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn;
* Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying needs to integrating new hires;
* Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to manage applications and maintain an up-to-date and organized talent database;
* Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and meeting recruitment KPIs;
* Experience in participating in and organizing networking events and job fairs, promoting the company and attracting new talent;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and negotiation ability;
* Good time management, organizational, and task prioritization skills in dynamic environments;
* Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to handle rapid changes and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
* Solid knowledge of English (written and spoken).
