We are looking for a Business Analyst:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic initiative within the Custody Data Store platform — a key repository centralizing Custody data and enabling reporting, APIs, and evolving business use cases.
This role will support ongoing platform evolution, including infrastructure migration and new functional developments, working closely with the Product Owner and Development Team within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Main tasks
Gather, analyze, and formalize functional requirements
Provide subject matter expertise in Custody, Settlement, and Corporate Actions
Produce and maintain functional documentation
Support developers in requirement interpretation
Identify impacted components and create/maintain test books
Execute acceptance testing (UAT) and provide sign-offs
Facilitate Agile workflows and ensure effective communication between Product Owner, Project Manager, and Development Team
Contribute to the achievement of Quarterly Agile Plan objectives
Your Profile and Skills
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or IT environments
Strong knowledge of Custody, Settlement, and Corporate Actions
Experience with documentation and testing methodologies (UAT, test case design, validation & sign-off)
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Hybrid work model, with presence required in Porto office.
