* Higher education in Information Technology
* Less than 1 year of professional experience in business architecture roles
* Interest in business architecture, particularly in the functional aspect, is valued
* Experience in IT consultancy is a plus
* Fluent in Portuguese; knowledge of English is valued
* Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
* Good communication skills and customer orientation
* Responsible and proactive attitude
