Profile description:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field;
Solid professional experience in network operations or infrastructure security roles;
Proven expertise in firewall management (e.G., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point);
Hands-on experience with network security protocols and technologies (VPN, IPSec, NAT, ACLs, etc.);
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF);
Experience withmonitoring and ticketing tools (e.G., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Jira, ServiceNow);
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents efficiently;
Knowledgeof scripting (e.G., Python, Bash) for automation is a plus;
Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE4/NSE5, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, Cisco CCNA Security/CCNP Security, or CompTIA Security+ are highly valued;
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in a high-demand operational environment;
Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus;
Good command ofEnglish;
French languageskills are a plus.
Mandatory requirement: Living in Portugal or holding legal authorization to reside in Portugal.
