ROLERecruit an Industrial Controller with approximately 5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing or construction environment, with strong expertise in cost control, operational performance analysis and business support for strategic decision-making in sector using percentage of completion.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE• Around 5 years of experience in industrial controlling• Experience in manufacturing environments (continuous and, mostly, project-based production)• Strong background in industrial cost calculation and monitoring• Experience with standard costing and variance analysis (materials, labour, overheads)• Inventory valuation and margin analysis by product/production line• Participation in monthly closing and management reportingKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Preparation of monthly industrial reporting• Monitoring and analysis of operational KPIs (efficiency, productivity, waste, OEE, etc.)• Budgeting and forecasting support• CAPEX monitoring and follow-up• Identification of cost optimization opportunities• Close collaboration with Production, Logistics and Finance teamsACADEMIC BACKGROUNDDegree or master's in management, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or similar field.TECHNICAL SKILLS• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and industrial costing• Solid financial analysis capabilities• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Primavera or similar)• Advanced Excel (mandatory)• Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar) is a plusSOFT SKILLS• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy• Strong communication skills with operational teams• Proactive and autonomous• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesLANGUAGES• English – Intermediate to Advanced (mandatory)
