We are looking for a Finance & Operations Controller to help us build strong financial foundations and support data‐driven decision‐making across the business. This is a hands‐on role combining financial controlling with ownership of key finance operations (AR/AP), giving you full exposure to how a tech company runs financially from day to day. What You'll Be Doing This role combines operational finance (AR/AP) with business controlling. Financial Controlling & Business Support Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Produce monthly management reports and performance analysis Track KPIs and profitability across products, projects, and markets Support the CEO with data‐driven insights and business cases Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Finance Operations (AR/AP & Cash Flow) Manage invoicing (accounts receivable) and payment processes (accounts payable) Monitor collections and support cash flow management Oversee banking activities and working capital Ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial processes Reporting & Governance Collaborate with external accounting for monthly and annual closing Ensure data consistency between management reporting and accounting Improve financial processes, systems, and data quality What We're Looking For We don't expect you to tick every box, but here are the skills that would make you shine: Experience 3–5 years in Finance, Controlling, or Business Analytics Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis Exposure to AR/AP or financial operations is a strong plus Skills Strong Excel skills Experience with Power BI (or similar tools) Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus) Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) Analytical mindset with attention to detail In addition to what you know, it is also very important to us who you are: Hands‐on and comfortable with operational tasks Strong business mindset (not just accounting) Proactive and able to work independently Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholdersProblem‐solving mindset and analytical thinking.
