Bitwise Agronomy is an agricultural technology company using computer vision and advanced crop forecasting to help growers make informed decisions.
The Forecaster/Account Partner will be a key interface with customers, leading discussions and interpreting their needs.
* Provide feedback and questions to the technical and forecast team.
* Deliver onboarding and facilitate customer setup to completion before starting forecasting activities.
* Bulk up strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, prioritisation and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have:
* Agricultural knowledge in berries, horticulture or crop management.
* Practical knowledge of everyday technology and new tech trends.
* Proficiency in bilingual language skills - fluent in English and Spanish.
* The ability to explain yield forecasting data clearly.
* Confidence engaging with farmers via video, phone, email and in-person.
This position will be remote with travel requirements and the ability to accommodate various hours of work across time zones is essential. The ideal location for this role is Europe or the UK.
Required Skills
