* Provide ongoing training and support to tax and finance team members on TRCS functionality, ensuring efficient usage and adoption.
* Monitor Oracle EPM Cloud updates, specifically in TRCS, to stay current with new features and ensure the tax reporting processes benefit from system enhancements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues within TRCS configurations, data integrations, and calculation rules, working with Oracle Support as needed.
* Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical specifications, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
* Support users within the EPM community and across the wider business, enabling efficient utilization of EPM functionalities.
* Collaborate actively with the Finance teams across the Group to identify and implement continuous process and system improvements, driving our business initiatives forward.
* Support system training programs and conduct training sessions for global business users.
* Play an active role in mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering excellence and expanding our knowledge base.
What You'll Bring

* Good understanding of Tax Reporting and the relevant calculations (Tax Provision, DT assets/liabilities, ETR calculations) with expertise in using TRCS to automate these processes.
* Proficiency in data integration and automation within Oracle EPM Cloud, including EPM Automate, Data Management, and EPM REST APIs.
* Experience in developing tax calculations, templates, and allocation rules within TRCS to support accurate tax reporting.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with Smart View for Oracle, for data extraction, reporting, and reconciliation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve TRCS configuration and data issues.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with tax, finance, and IT teams.
* Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and best practices for handling sensitive tax information.
