We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist, for our Lisbon Office, assisting worldwide HR operations. Based on your HR knowledge, you will contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, drive employee engagement and support benefits and training efforts. This role combines administrative excellence with a strong service orientation.
#ABOUTTHEJOB
Manage all administrative HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from all team members and supervisors.
Assist on HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, work certificates, and exit documentation.
Provide additional support for meetings, projects, and process improvements.
Support onboarding/offboarding, development, and training initiatives.
Ensure accurate maintenance of all team members records and files.
Employee relations advocate.
Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert.
Generate and maintain Human Resources data reports as necessary.
Act as a superuser for HRIS.
Assist with HR projects aimed at improving processes and documentation.

Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken at a professional level).
Strong understanding of Portuguese labor legislation.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Ambitious, proactive, and driven to deliver excellence.
Proven experience in a similar administrative role - 2y of experience.
Ideally exposure to working within Human Resources or Legal departments.
Structured, process-oriented working style.
