You can look forward to these exciting tasks:Contribute to the reliable operation and continuous optimization of SAP HCM modules (PA, PT, PY, OM) and SuccessFactors Learning and Recruiting.
Translate business requirements into system solutions, including process analysis, gap identification, and definition of future-state scenarios.
Drive and coordinate system enhancements and improvements in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Actively contribute to global initiatives such as SAP ECC HR rollouts, SuccessFactors implementations, and FIORI enablement.
This is what you bring to us:More than 3 years of experience in the SAP HCM domain, preferably with involvement in large-scale, complex ERP initiatives at a global or enterprise level.
Strong experience in Time Management or and Payroll within an international environment, with in-depth knowledge of evaluation schemas and rules.
SAP S/4 HANA & Success Factors knowledge are a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating with both remote and on-site teams.
Experience working in international and cross-functional team environments.
Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus.
High level of ownership, accountability, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel to Germany.
