Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing risk management frameworks across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
* Implementing a robust risk analysis methodology at all levels of the organization, utilizing industry-leading tools and best practices.
* Supporting teams in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* Facilitating collaborative workshops with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive risk maps and mitigation strategies.
This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable recommendations. Experience with enterprise risk management (ERM), business continuity planning (BCP), and disaster recovery planning (DRP) is highly desirable.
Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management or business administration.
* At least 7 years of experience in risk management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, 22301, and 27001 standards, with experience in auditing and compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools, such as Power BI or Excel.
