Service Management Opportunity
Are you a skilled IT professional with experience in service management? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers? We are seeking a Senior ITIL Service Manager to join our team. As a Senior ITIL Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of IT services. This includes coordinating and planning teams responsible for delivering services, ensuring that teams operate efficiently and in line with established objectives, and applying and maintaining best practices in IT service management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, plan, and manage teams responsible for delivering services;
* Ensure teams operate efficiently and in line with established objectives;
* Apply and maintain best practices in IT service management;
* Manage critical incidents and ensure rapid restoration of service in accordance with defined SLAs;
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on service performance;
* Conduct periodic meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement;
* Analyze service performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and quality;
* Implement continuous improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields;
* At least 5 years of accumulated experience in the last 7 years in the tasks described above;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably Access and Excel), Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow;
* Proficiency in Microsoft collaboration tools (Teams, SCCM);
* Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana;
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
* ITIL certification is highly valued.
