The Treasury Specialist role focuses on ensuring the reliability of financial processes across different markets through precise monthly activities and rigorous transactional controls. It plays a key part in supporting operations and strengthening financial accuracy within an international and fast-evolving finance environment.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Period-End Management:
Execute period-end routines with accuracy and timing, ensuring consistency of transactional data across systems and markets;
Reconciliation & Variance Analysis:
Perform reconciliations and variance reviews, aligning cash movements and recorded entries, and resolving discrepancies proactively;
Financial Controls & Compliance:
Maintain operational financial controls, documenting activities, supporting audit readiness, and safeguarding data integrity;
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, providing day-to-day operational support and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Profile
What you bring:
Experience & Education:
At least 1 year of experience in treasury or accounting;
Language Proficiency:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B1 level);
Technical Aptitude:
Comfortable working with financial systems and digital tools, with the ability to navigate transactional data, perform reconciliations, and follow established control procedures;
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable under deadlines. Collaborative and clear in communication. Proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes and ways of working while supporting cross-functional teams.
