Responsibilities:
* Administer and support Windows-based enterprise environments.
* Provide end-user support, ticket handling, and event support.
* Manage on-prem and hybrid environments (AD and Azure AD).
* Work with Office 365 services: Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune.
* Manage users, devices, licenses, and MFA.
* Troubleshoot systems, networks, and user issues.
* Support infrastructure tools: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS.
* Collaborate closely with the infrastructure team.
* Be available for on-call / out-of-hours interventions when required.
* Willingness to learn AS400 (training provided on-the-job).
You'll be a great match if you have:
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Windows Systems Administrator.
* Strong experience in enterprise, domain-based environments.
* Experience with Azure and hybrid infrastructures.
* Knowledge of Intune (device and policy management).
* Basic knowledge of networks and infrastructure (TCP/IP, firewalls, cabling).
* Strong troubleshooting and user-support skills.
* Good communication skills and team spirit.
* Proactive, resilient, autonomous, and analytical profile.
* Microsoft certifications are a plus.
