Public Sector Functional Analyst Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the Public Sector. As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Public Sector and IT, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an analyst. You will be skilled in initial research, requirements gathering, solution design, and writing user stories and functional documentation.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Engineering, Public Administration, or related fields
* Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an analyst
* Skilled in initial research, requirements gathering, solution design, and writing user stories and functional documentation
* Ability to perform functional testing and validate deliverables
* Experience in projects involving UX/UI profiles
* Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical thinking
* Proven experience in facilitating meetings and aligning technical and non-technical teams
* Experience in Test Plans, conducting acceptance testing of solutions, and providing support to end users
* Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with the team and client as well as in design and document solutions
* Critical sense to reflect on requirements and processes and challenge them
