Job Description:
An automation tester plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.
Responsibilities:
* Perform manual and automated tests for web, app, API, and IoT applications as well as hardware related systems.
* Develop and maintain test automation scripts.
* Analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate closely with development teams.
Requirements:
Skillset:
* At least 5 years of experience as an automation tester.
* Proficiency in TypeScript and knowledge of common tools like CodeceptJS, Playwright, Appium, Mocha + Chai or similar frameworks.
* Understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and data structures.
* Experience with REST APIs (Swagger) and SQL database validation.
* Familiarity with test management platforms like Azure DevOps or Jira and version control systems (Git or similar).
* Good fluency in English.
