We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and support the financial performance and operational efficiency of our business.
This is a key role working closely with Finance and Operations, ensuring accurate cost tracking, budget control, and insightful reporting. If you excel at data analysis, financial monitoring, and translating numbers into actionable recommendations, we'd love to hear from you.
* Collaborate with department leads to prepare business cases, project budgets, and ROI analyses.
* Develop and maintain cost control dashboards and reports to improve expenditure visibility.
* Assist in procurement and vendor management, including evaluating cost proposals and monitoring contract performance.
* Liaise with finance to ensure proper coding, accruals, and reporting of expenditures.
* Support the preparation, consolidation, and monthly review of budgets for digital marketing, IT, and office functions.
* Track actual expenditures against budget and forecast.
* Coordinate smaller projects involving system upgrades, marketing campaign rollouts, or workspace improvements to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
* Identify and implement process improvements within budgeting and cost control practices.
* Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills, ideally with experience in marketing or IT cost control.
* Competency in Excel, and financial reporting tools (Power BI / Xero/ Joiin / similar) an advantage
* Basic understanding of project management principles or prior exposure to project coordination roles.
