Job Title: Project Manager

Overview of the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of a mega mixed-use project in Lisbon. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the preparation and review of design briefs, drawings, and technical documentation in collaboration with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Track and report project progress, identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate tenant improvement works, ensuring alignment with design guidelines, landlord standards, and tenant requirements.
• Support tendering and procurement processes, including preparation of RFPs, evaluation of proposals and value-adding in maximizing the project returns.
• Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Contribute to process improvement and help implement project management best practices within the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, project management or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, or real estate development.
• Solid understanding of design and construction processes, including planning, permitting, technical coordination and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
• Working knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
