Overview

Responsibilities
* Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives;
* Manage and optimize the technological infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, security, devices);
* Lead, support, and develop the IT team, fostering collaboration and best practices;
* Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection policies are applied consistently;
* Manage external vendors, IT contracts, and budget;
* Support digital transformation projects and automation of business processes;
* Act as the main point of contact for critical incidents and ensure continuity plans are in place.
What we're looking for
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
* Proven experience in IT management (ideally 5+ years in similar roles);
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), networks, and cybersecurity;
* Experience managing teams and external vendors;
* Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
* Natural curiosity and eagerness to introduce new ideas and tools that simplify daily work;
* Fluent in English.
