We are seeking a seasoned Front Office professional to spearhead our hotel's front desk operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving team performance.

* Lead the front office team in delivering quality service and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese, with basic proficiency in German and/or French an asset.
* Presentation and professionalism are essential.
* Proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative and teamwork.
* High level of responsibility and autonomy, with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and operational systems.
