Main Responsibilities
* Lead and support the digitalization of administrative processes using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
* Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized digital workflows.
* Apply Lean methodologies to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
* Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and processes.
* Promote awareness and exploration of AI possibilities
* Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on the impact of digital transformation initiatives.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or a similar role;
* Proven experience with low-code/no-code platforms, and AI tools;
* Solid understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies;
* Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement;
* Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and spoken), German and/or Spanish is a plus;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Project management skills and agile methodologies;
* Capability to work with autonomy, methodical and self-organized;
* Results oriented with high quality standards;
* Team player with good communication skills;
* Creativity and "out of the box thinking" to challenge the status quo and generate new ideas, methods and ways of working.
