Do you know askblue?We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.We are looking forFull Stack Developerto join our company, in one of our projects inRemote .TasksDesign and develop a full-stack analytical platform, including frontend, backend, and AI components;Build advanced analyst-facing workflows for data exploration, synthesis, and multi-step reasoning;Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (e.g. retrieval, summarisation, cross-document analysis) into user-facing applications;Ensure transparency and traceability of AI outputs, including clear linkage to sources and reasoning steps;Develop scalable backend services for data ingestion, storage, retrieval, and analytics;Implement responsive and configurable frontend interfaces aligned with modern UI/UX standards;Deploy solutions in secure, restricted environments in compliance with the client requirements;Produce and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides;Support testing, validation, defect resolution, and system optimisation.Requirements8+ years of experience in full-stack software development;Strong frontend expertise (React, Vue.js, or Astro);Strong backend expertise (Python, FastAPI, API design, service orchestration);Experience with high-volume data systems, search, and retrieval architectures;Proven experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs;Hands‐on experience with AI/LLM systems, including:Retrieval‐Augmented Generation (RAG)AI‐driven analysis and content generationExplainable and auditable AI workflowsExperience with analytical or decision‐support platforms;Familiarity with:Strategic foresight analysisTopic modelling / topic engineeringSource intelligence and relevance assessmentExperience designing workflows that prioritise user control and transparency;Experience deploying applications in restricted or secure environments;Understanding of compliance, accreditation, and secure system design;Ability to work within constrained infrastructure (non‐standard cloud environments);Ability to work independently and take full ownership of system design and delivery;Strong problem‐solving and architectural thinking;Experience working in high‐accountability, multi‐stakeholder environments;Excellent written and spoken English;Nationality of a NATO member country;Proven track record with at least two relevant project examples;Experience in regulated or high‐trust environments requiring auditability and governance (preferred).Work ArrangementMostly RemoteOfferHealth Insurance;3 and a half days of leave per year + 22 vacation days;Unlimited access to Udemy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
