The Role: IT Delivery Manager
Location: Lisbon
Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office
Sector: Financial Services
️ Languages: English & French (C1)
✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
* 5+ years IT delivery/project management experience;
* Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies;
* Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project (or equivalent tools);
* ITIL framework knowledge; experience in complex IT project delivery;
* Proven experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
* PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (CSM, PSM);
* Experience in enterprise-scale or cloud-based delivery environments.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end IT project delivery (scope, time, cost, quality);
* Coordinate cross-functional teams aligned with business objectives;
* Track progress, report status, and manage risks/issues proactively;
* Manage vendors and drive continuous delivery process improvements.
