Head of FP&A Operations (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
- Drive compliance, transparency, and profitability at the plant by business partnering with local operations and connecting with the Group Finance Function.
- Act as the business partner to the local Managing Director and Plant Leadership team.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and regular reports (cost & performance indicators, target/actual analyses, productivity). Comment on results and derive action recommendations.
- Present analyses, reports, business cases to all management levels and provide ad‐hoc analysis support.
- Support investment projects by reviewing, approving, and recalculating profitability calculations.
- Develop and coach finance employees on site.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar with a focus on controlling.
- 5 + years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in plant controlling (standard costing, variance analysis).
- Experience in a large production plant, ideally within an international company.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling techniques and relevant KPIs.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
strong SAP knowledge (FI/CO/MM), experience with standard cost setups (SAP COPA), proficiency in SAP HANA desirable.
- Solution‐oriented, analytical, hands‐on mentality, excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
