We are looking for anScrum MasterResponsabilities: Explore, clean, and analyse large and complex datasets to support business objectives.
Design and implement scalable data processing to handle large volumes of data efficiently and effectively.
Optimize and fine-tune these pipelines for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with other data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to identify and define use cases, formulate hypotheses, and design solution.
Design high-performance data pipelines.
Participate in project code reviews.
Automate the end-to-end release of artifacts across environments.
Conduct daily ETL job checks and take the necessary actions with production & functional support teams.
Contribute to the integrity of the infrastructure setup (define priorities, efficiently create, track the progress of several issues).
Requirements: Experienced software developer (3+ years minimum experience).
Managing innovative projects within highly technical environments.
Change Management: Understanding of change management principles to help teams adapt to Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Fluent in English (level C1-C2).
Understanding Agile Methodologies: Deep knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence.
Basic Software Development Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes and practices, including coding, testing, and deployment.
Familiarity with programming languages or technologies used by the team can help in communication and understanding technical challenges
