Role Description: Deliver business systems solutions by executing projects from end-to-end, running workshops, ranging from requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration.
Own the technical activities like Data Migration, Cutover activities, Admin tasks.
Prepare technical documents, including workbooks and test scenarios based on the design.
Work closely with the customer on the testing and training sessions.
Track the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the Project Manager(s) Collaborate across other application areas and/or other employee-facing products that integrate with the SAP SuccessFactors Responsibilities: As a SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module to optimize our clients' HR processes especially in EC, Time Management and Benefits area.
Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements and best practices.
Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Employee Central functions like business rules, workflows, dynamic roles and RBP.
Feature Rollout: Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead the successful implementation of new features and functionalities and share it to our stakeholders.
Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run.
Global Leadership & Advisory: Serve as the global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, offering expert-level guidance.
HR Transformation: Lead the development and implementation of efficient, scalable, and automated HR system processes across global operations.
Coordinate system maintenance with internal support teams via the ticketing system.
Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Minimum bachelor's degree in human resource management, Computer Science / Information Technology SAP SF Employee Central Certification Substantial experience driving client solutions and implementation experience with large scale EC &Time/Benefits software deployments (either as an internal program owner or as an external consultant).
Expert product knowledge with SuccessFactors EC and/Time/Benefits and the interdependencies with other HCM solutions such as Talent Management Minimum 5-7 years' experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central /Time Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding modules.
(minimum 2 end-to-end programs).
- Consolidated experience in international EC projects from start to finish (several countries) and at least 7 full life-cycle implementations in global companies within above module); Hands-on experience in workflow optimization and automation (design, configuration, testing, deployment).
Solid understanding of role-based permissions, data governance, and reporting within SuccessFactors.
Knowledge of Integration Center, Canvas Reports, Global Employee, Concurrent Employment, MDFs Experience in Time off and/ or Timesheet is a plus; Knowledge in Payroll (PY) will be a plus; Working knowledge of integrations to other solutions in general and overall.
Strong product knowledge of SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytical Solutions a plus.
Nice to have: Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA); Fluency in English (written and oral).
